I have not read it, but I am here for your review if you do! I am watching the tv series with my teen daughter, and am really enjoying it.

I liked the books as a teen and I’m really enjoying the tv series!
The series is fun (show and book wise) but it's nothing spectacular. It's got lots of drama, teens doing dumb teen things and having mixed feelings, and summer. It is entertaining
I read the books a few years ago. They’re very YA and a quick read. I feel like the characters don’t get as much plot/development as the tv show. But there are differences in the book that you might enjoy. I’ll be curious to see if you read it!
