#dnf had to return to local library as I already renewed twice and during temp full time work struggled to read it. Some parts of the book left a bad taste in my mouth, feeling as if the writer was bragging. The writer does start off the book with explanation as how they see autism and is the first time I’ve seen it explained how I see it too. However, maybe it’s the generational and location difference but didn’t understand references or jokes made. only up to about 30% of the book and hope if I do made the decision to return to finish the book, it improves. Not the best book so far I’ve read on such an important topic. Understandably it’s about Clem but it for sure could’ve been less essay and more informative chunks. looking forward to hopefully reading something similar but better to reignite more motivation to carry on reading.
