Honestly, a lot of it is really interesting and mind-blowing, though a few of the points feel kinda extreme. It's based on rigoruous research studies so I feel like it can stand up to a lot of scrutiny. There are some parts that are outdated because it mentions "medical practices of today" and "today" means the 1980s so you just have to be mindful of that. Otherwise, I think a lot of the info is still relevant.
