I just finished reading Chapter 4 out loud. To my youngest son. Fourteen days old. As he lays in the NICU. Without realizing it I began slipping into a southern accent, the same one that has been in my head. Felt myself getting choked up as I read Bon's letter to Judith.

Giving this another shot. Started over from the beginning. Alternating between Kindle ebook and audiobook. Once I got the family trees straight I was good. I'm into it.
