Even though it was published in 1993, I read one section and the parallels to today’s culture are sadly still the exact same, if not worse! I cannot speak to the sexual violence statistics for the modern day but the Reagan political slogan that was mentioned was “A gun in every holster; a pregnant woman in every home. Make America a man again,” sound familiar?
