What do you do if you feel like there isn’t anyone you can talk to about your shame?

We are courageous when we show compassion and create a connection

I’ve only read the prologue and 2 pages but I feel a bit scared to read this because I know I want to let go and ‘love wholeheartedly’ but I’m scared of getting hurt … we’ll see how this goes
