This book is taking work. Just finished my favorite chapter (8) thus far tho. Heavy against subjective Bible reading and for objective “How has God moved in history” type meditation. Also good on expectation for revival and the difference between revival and “evangelistic campaigns.”

Good and relevant. Sharply against superficiality, which I very much need to hear.

Getting back into this. Interesting.
