Sooo I’m gonna dnf this book 💔 way too slow-burn for me and I’m more of a romance girl. I thought I could do this but there’s 3 books? Maybe more? And this book has 700 pages and I’m already struggling 😭 team Theon all the way I mean I get where he’s coming from in his controlling ways because that’s what he’s seen growing up and everything- being in control. (Problematic but he can take me)

Personally I’d let Theon do whatever he wanted to me but to each their own- I haven’t read enough about Tessa’s past to understand her reluctance other than knowing she’d rather not have all her choices stripped away
