This book was published in German in 1929 and wasn’t available in the US until the late 70s because of the oil industry lobbying against it. The author perfectly described the crash of 1929 beat for beat (before it happened!!) because he correctly identified the ways in which capitalism ruins itself and takes everyone down with it. In the year 2025, this is a story of our impending doom
