Loving the way Rooney describes the tiniest of moments with such sensibility and detail. She captures so accurately what is like to be a teenager and to have all these private, intense, “weird” thoughts and so very few people to share them with and be your safe friendly “sanity check”. Great writing, can’t wait to see the character development
