Wellllll, lmao. I cheat by doing audio, that way I can still move around vs having to be stationary! I would never be able to that. Plus you know how night shifters do while at work with downtime! Oh and nights when your body is fully awake while everyone else sleeps peacefully. 🤣🤣🤣

It's not cheating, I do audio too! I do a mix of both
