Doesn't sound like a teenager to me though, more like a mature woman with a good head on her shoulders...

Actually, she is indeed very mature for her age. She is the loyal, stoic type of girl, who takes her responsibilities serious and so on. But the whole thing didn’t feel unrealistic or anything…at least to me it didn’t feel like that.
