Also, I've been thinking about it, and I think the reason this book is so weirdly relaxing is because it reads like a girl's day in the life vlog. He's got that totally dissociated influencer cadence going on. Like, "Hey guys, welcome back to my channel. Come with me while I try to create water and not blow up the Hab."
