I am enjoying this book so far. The main character, Yossarian, is deeply cynical. He has grown disenchanted with the army and feels disenfranchised as a result of Catch 22. The author uses non-linear storytelling in the form of cutaway anecdotes to build a picture of the squadron, and this style helps to explore Yossarian's frustrations and the injustices of war.
