I spoke too soon yall Peter is in fact a m*n after all

I know they gonna end up together like this was marketed as a love story but like I wish it was more of a slow burn romance as technically it is an “enemies” to lovers trope ig but like why is it so obvious and in your face kinda gives me the ick ://

god why am I liking Peter, a m*n, more than the female main character (Alice) which is silly because I don’t think she’s insufferable but she fr does stuff that I’m like girl?? However Peter may end up being a bum or problematic but we don’t really see his point of view so like

hmm idk how I feel about the magic system in this book like the way it’s based on “lies” / logical problems e.g. paradoxes (maybe because I’ve never been good at the subject tho lmao 😞)
