The only good issue so far is #304, it’s actually a really good concept for a story set in a city as wide as NYC. The Surgeon General story though is completely lame as all hell.

Man, this is verbose as all hell, giving so many unnecessary and overwrought descriptions of mostly irrelevant things but I will admit it at least has SOME interesting ideas. Even if they aren’t executed the cleanest.
