So far, I’ve had moments where I pro family like the book and profoundly hate it. I think she has some good ideas but so far I feel like they’re all very polarized and she’s taking things that are like obviously bad and truly the answers moderation is these things. And I feel like she picked a bunch of stuff that was like oh yeah obviously you should avoid that and also it is just a risk of therapy.
