This month's classic fantasy book club pick! So far it seems promising. The setting and writing reminds me of the farseer trilogy, and since that's one of my all time favorites, I have high expectations for this ✨️

Frantically trying to finish this before Friday evening's book club meet up. 💀
I'm really enjoying the story, but boy do I wish I had started this sooner. The margins and print are SO small, it takes several eons to read a couple chapters. 💀
Hopefully if we choose the next book in the series, I'll get an entire month to read it 🤞✨️
