we've entered FMC is too stupid to function. Despite her sister openly hating her, taking joy in seeing her whipped, letting her rot for a week and almost die from a fever, throwing her in a blackened pit for days hoping she'll die, and calling her a useless serf whore any chance she gets, the FMC still tries to talk to her sister like a reasonable person.

this is bananas town chaos. He is ecstatic she didn't bone his most loyal soldier even though he married her off to said soldier, AND he already boned her sister.
