The premise is interesting about a group of online sleuths solving crimes… until a thinly veiled version of the Idaho 4 murders makes its entrance. That case is barely closed, the perpetrator JUST sentenced… seems a bit crass to be writing fanfiction about that case. I think the author could have constructed literally any other murder case as the focal point but they chose this weird and insensitive option.
