This is really meh, but the way as addiction is portrayed is very accurate. The men aren’t magically saving her so far. It’s fantasy so I guess I’ll just ignore that going cold turkey off of pills AND alcohol is dangerous when dependent on both. She should have doctor supervision, but fiiiine.
