My colleague bought it and when I saw it on his desk I immediately told him I wanted to read it after he did. Instead of that, we decided to read it together chapter by chapter and have a little bookclub. I am a PM and he is an experienced engineer so it is a really good match for us to discuss it from different angles. So far it is good for the specific place we are in, a changing organization.
