The experiment where they tested Splenda vs. Glucose in performance degradation really hit me. This pretty much explains why I’ve always been a sugar-fiend since I was a kid, my mind is always looking to restore my glucose reservoirs - getting my diet in check has helped a lot with mental clarity.
