At times I’m confused- at times I am completely focused. I very much enjoy Christmas’s struggle being biracial and white passing. I specifically loved the way Christmas’s perspective was written after the house burns down.

I’m so excited to read this book. My two week Spanish class is over and I figured I need a lil break mentally from Spanish. What better way to enjoy English than with Willam Faulkner. One of the best American writers and I am immediately captivated. I highly recommend the audio book, I find the southern accents extremely satisfying to hear.
