I’ve tried one recipe so far. The Roasted Brussels with Monchego cheese. I overcooked my Brussels a bit! But… I absolutely love how aesthetically pleasing this book and its images are, and how delicious the food looks! I’m excited for it to be fall, I’ll be trying just about everything. Today I’ll be making the Braised fish (branzino) with cream+dill. If only I could show pictures 🥲
