This book is not good. I really wanted to like it but I just cannot. The storyline is promising but the writing is terrible; 44% in and I feel like I’ve read the same page over snd over again. It turns out there is such a thing as too many adjectives in a sentence! The cliches are overpowering, the characters flat and the timeline is a disaster. This author is in dire need of an editor.
