I think i needed a calm book. i really enjoy books that take you through a characters day in ancient life. i missed amara’s character as i read the first book a while ago. i’m excited to get into this one and see where the story goes.

this duology explores a lot about female friendships and how you can get through the toughest times with your friends. this second book is exploring a lot of the loneliness she is feeling and mourning for her friends. even though this new life should be so much better.
