Hi! Yes, I like it so much! I feel that the author wrote it with much compassion and vulnerability which makes me really want to go easier on myself or as the title says, try softer :)

I also liked the Bible passages used as it anchors psychological concepts with faith. Though she used some translation that I am not familiar with, I am still glad that she uses Bible verses all the same.
