Loved how Klink describes the typology of Moses descending and ascending Mt. Sinai in Ex. 19, and how this is is fulfilled in the "prophet like Moses" who descends and ascends from Heaven.

Also this is a good line: "Israel's imperfection had always been intended to serve as God's witnesses, as spectacles for seeing what - or who - is perfect " (88)
