A sorrowfully underrated comic and character, though, I’m glad it has been mostly spared the post modern Disney/ai/woke garbage. Alan Moore does an exquisite job creating a surreal and dynamic character out of what could have otherwise been made into an impersonal Frankenstein. This character and his setting is refreshingly original. This book is a great starting place; I can’t wait to pick up the rest of the epic.
