The game of cat-and-mouse between Marie and von Rumpel was both terrifying and riveting. Couldn't stop reading it.

I hate this fascist jeweler so much and can't wait until his own body kills himself. Also pretty sure Suzanne Collins read this book and based Sejanus on Frederick. These last hundred pages were so good.
