Dang I kind of feel for El: bc she knows she has to wow everyone in order to be chosen for one of the Enclaves but hates that she has too do this to survive

Not bad but I don't like when she goes on and on about certain niche wizard things. Like girl, just power up those crystals and go to bed already.

I had to push through the first couple of chapters but now I'm liking it so far. I'm glad El can think of Orion as a companion- both are two friendless people who are not friends-ish to each other
