This part with the racist shop owner & the Palestinian-American man really made me jump, it's the first time that felt like the real world truly broke through the secluded fantasy of the book

We know these people are morally corrupt, but Henry in particular is such a depraved character like how are you so cavalier about murdering one of your best friends..
