Just finished the short story Shattered Glass that acts as a bridge between Night and Dawn Study. In this, we see Opal again on a rescue mission to get Zitora back in the series after she’s been gone on a side quest.

This book is made up of 9 short stories that are meant to be read at different parts of the Study series. I’ve just finished the first one, Diamond Study. It’s a joy to return to a world I loved so much as a teen but also still get to experience new things!

Now that I’ve finished my Sarah Dessen rereads (all 14? of them), it’s time for my next rereads of books I loved in high school and college. The Maria V Snyder fantasy “Study” series. I owned 6 of the books but had read 9 in the series/world. To my delight, there have since been four new books added. I’m so excited!
