I am so glad to get this woman's perspective of the Chakras and how each deals with issues we need to work out in our lives & are connected to our body wellness. The Root Chakra was nicely defined by the qualities of Loyalty, Honour & Justice. The 2nd Sacral Chakra is fascinating & has so much powerful purpose. I'm taking a break to let some of this info sink in before moving on.
