The plot thickens, and I like where it's going

Finally hit the main story. Now, I usually love when stories take their time before the main plot starts, but the plot has to be interesting and I didn't find Jolie's high school drama very interesting

I'm loving the slow burn here, the main story is taking its time but it's not boring because the "B plots" are very entertaining too

It's a little odd that the big incident that changed Jolie's life and is teased throughout the early chapters is shown so casually. Maybe they're building up to something

A nice slow start that's planting the seeds for future events.
