I’m less than 100 pages into this book and I do not recommend it in the way that it’s too intense to keep reading (I’m gonna keep reading) and that, as Eric LaRocca recently said, maybe we don’t need to relate to or like characters and maybe being uncomfortable is the point, not to *enjoy* a work, but to experience it.
