Look. It's not a bad book. But it desperately needs a redraft by the author and 2-3 strong passes from a bold editor. Redefinition of terms within the same chapters. Repetitive framing of introductory question -> explanation. Reassertion and wordy description. It makes the book a heavily-padded slog, without the joy of pleasing turns of phrase or challenging insights.
