How is it so far? I am in a mom group (formerly a workout group) and this was the choice for us to read by mid October (I'm dragging my feet on it for now).

Have you read this author before? It’s very on brand for him. I love his writing and character development. I would, however, offer trigger warnings about abuse and violence, both domestic and toward youth. There’s also cursing and homosexuality.

Okay. Thank you. I honestly don’t want to read it but will suffer through for a book club with women I know in person. I thought I read the Britt Marie book but as crazy as I have been to update my Goodreads for 15+ years, I don’t see it …maybe I gave it up. I remember a lot of details in my head though. Weird.
