The book is a smash in many ways. It was dense and hard to get through but I think it’s convinced me of the non-productivity and harm in anger. I especially liked the author’s acknowledgement of human capacity, and thus recommending conditional forgiveness as a lesser of two evils route to transition. Reading this while experiencing some anger in my own life was helpful and made me reflect 🧚‍♀️✨

Getting reading slummed from this. It’s really good but it’s difficult to get through in the same way as other books. Academic but not so challenging language ngl. Will read babel with it.

The humor in the middle realm chapter is cute
