Tbh it's pretty good so far other than me having some issues with the main couple. I think the biggest issue is that I think Christopher's brother is better and should be the love interest instead, but I bet I'm in the minority with that opinion. 😅🥲

So far there's only been noticing that someone is pretty or handsome, a dress that "hugged her body, outlining her womanly figure," thinking about and wanting to kiss someone, a hand and a cheek kiss (which they both think too much about later. They do ride on horseback together and like, hug each other, so there is a good bit of them thinking about their nearness and all that, so... but it hasn't been too bad, I don't think. Although the "romance" is very physical attraction based, imo, especially on his part, which is very disappointing, especially considering this is supposed to be Christian fiction...

There has also been some violence, like fighting/battle scenes, although it's not very graphic, like, maybe a bit above not detailed? There are also some mentions of a character who got tortured before the events of the book and then we later see that character and their appearance is described up to semi-detailed, so it's pretty obvious that that character definitely was tortured.

There has also been some faith content, but it's nowhere near how much I think should be in this book... like, it's disappointing.
