I think it’s Justice Wargrave solely because of how he gave a murderous glare at Blore when he lied about his identity, the way Armstrong described him as a hanging judge, and the moment where he’s in his room and he takes his teeth out. So far he seems like the only villainous one in my eyes but I’m biased because he was rude to Detective Blore the Goat
