How did her defence not give counter evidence to the prosecution? Like wdym she didn’t have any expert witnesses. Now she’s in prison on evidence that to be doesn’t prove beyond a reasonable doubt and she could get a retrial? Get off Scot free? Maybe that was the plan all along.

Listening to this as an audiobook. The case is as infuriating as I remembered. The likelihood of Lucy being guilty is still high but the negligence of the hospital system should not be ignored. They should be held just as responsible for the death of those poor babies.
