I am disappointed with this book.

“You’re allowed to cut people out. Some people will say you’re a dick, but it doesn’t matter. If someone makes you feel bad and balances it with only a modicum of feeling good, it’s not worth it."

"it’s not easy, but it’s worth it. It doesn’t matter if you’re related by blood or marriage or whatever. Why would you maintain a relationship with someone who worked against you feeling happy and healthy?”

so far this is a quite humorous book.
