this is my 2nd t. kingfisher book i've read and i really have been enjoying their books. this one i liked (the mc, anja's voice, was a good narrator). very humorous and was an interesting take on a snow white retelling.

i read another of their book (what moves the dead) which is a short story (horror-esque) that is a retelling of a Poe story/poem and it was also enjoyable.
