The people say this book is bad are delusional. It’s less time loop-y than the first bc the MC is tired of (literally) killing himself to reset the loop. And there’s slightly less doom-ism as when he would come to realize his mass-murdering father was justified. But the book is no less deep and thought provoking. Borderline fatalistic.
