Fascinating read. A bit dry and difficult to get through in the early pages of Madison’s childhood and adolescence, but if you can adapt to Ketcham’s style of writing, the story of James Madison’s life becomes very intriguing, informative, and extremely educational. Ketcham writes like the university professor that he is, but the material is very in-depth and extremely well-studied.
