The topics in this book range in interest and relevance to the average consumer, but I am still finding it all interesting. Chapter 4 about organic is something I would recommend everyone to read, even without reading the rest of the book.

Is it really the nation’s responsibility to make sure the people eat healthily? I somehow doubt that better labeling will make much of a difference…

The introduction was just a waste of time. Rather than setting the rest of the book up, it delved too deeply into topics best covered in depth later and ended up just reading like a poorly cited essay. Chapter 1 is gotten INTO it though.
