The haunting is getting worse. Erin doesn’t know how long has passed since she last took Ghost. It’s possible that the ghosts of the people inhabiting the house have made their way to the other side, and now accompany them within the walls.

They made contact with Silas, or at least they think they have. Amara is having second thoughts and is bailing from the group, though only after Tobias and the protagonist try the seance once more

Is Silas with them?

The death of Silas sticks to the main character harshly, as she feels like she’s being haunted by him. Past conversations resurface as she watches the strangers below her apartment, putting herself and Silas into their shoes. Tobias is with her after his funeral: he admits he was there at his death. Although there is something he’s keeping hidden, he ask our protagonist whether she’s heard of “Ghost”.
