I’m definitely a visual learner. Just hearing the names of the 9179 characters has me struggling to keep them sorted. Plus all the things going on: the silver & porn industries,Freemasons, dogfighting, etc. The way that Robin has made a stand about her career choice makes her seem strong & independent, yet here she is staying in a relationship with a man she doesn’t love. It’s just not tracking.

I have the audiobook, wishing I’d spring for the Kindle version. There are so (TOO) many names to keep connected to and track of. I’m not at all wild about the narrator, either. Au contraire!! I’m losing respect for Robin. Backstory (necessary?), phone answering & eating add to the book’s excessive length! In spite of it all, still very invested and enjoying.
